Where is Pine Mountain Club

Frazier Park and Pine Mountain Club are situated about 70 miles Nortwest of downtown LA, or 50 miles Southwest of Bakersfield.
From LA you take the 5 freeway north through the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley, climb the mountain range to the top and the next exit after Gorman you exit at Frazier Park/ Mt. Pinos recreation area. We have two offices in the Mountains. The first office is 4 miles from the freeway going west. The first (and only red light) is Monterey Trail. If you look to the right about 1/2 block on the other side of the street you will see our new office in Frazier Park. The address is 617 Monterey Trail.
If you want to go to the Pine Mountain Club office you should proceed straight from the red blinking light about another 14 miles. Follow the signs to Pine Mountain club. There will be a Texaco Station on your left, and a Golf Course on your right. Take a left right after the Texaco, go up about 1/2 block and off to your left will be the Mountain Properties building.
There are 3 Real Estate offices in the village so make sure you write down Mountain Properties. |
